**Please note that all of the photos we use for products are taken, modeled, and posted BY THE VAULT BOUTIQUE. We do not use stock photos and stray away from intense editing to ensure you know exactly what our products will look like when you receive them.**
Here at the Vault, we understand that sometimes items just don't work out. We crafted a return policy that is fair for everyone, especially during COVID-19. Our return policy is as follows:
1. Customers have 30 days after PURCHASE to request a refund. After those 30 days, returns will no longer be accepted.
2. Returns are only accepted under grounds of initial product damage, incorrect sizing, or dissatisfaction once the item is received. We quality check all of our items before packaging. Damage claims must be made directly after receiving the package and will only be accepted if damage is from shipment. We are not responsible for any damages from wear or wash. Product details are located in descriptions to inform customers of material needs before ordering.
3. ACCESSORIES ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
4. Shipment costs for sending items back for a refund are the responsibility of the customer. You must notify us FIRST before sending items back. Customers will be refunded back on original form of payment AFTER items are received. You will not be refunded for the original payment of shipment from us to you as those costs do not benefit us and are solely used to ship your items.
